Privacy notice.

Last updated: 9 October 2026. This notice covers the Tourlivo public landing page, About page and browser-only demo. It does not describe a hosted customer account service or a separate agency pilot.

Who to contact

The founding team runs Tourlivo as an early-stage project in Vietnam. For website enquiries, pilot discussions or privacy questions, email founder@tourlivoapp.com or use WhatsApp: +84394135194.

Browsing the website

The website is hosted on Vercel. Loading a page sends a network request to the hosting service. Request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, timing and response status may be processed to deliver and secure the website and diagnose errors. See Vercel's privacy notice for its processing practices. Hosting processing may take place outside your country.

The public website code contains no advertising pixels, newsletter registration, third-party analytics scripts or contact form. It does not set application cookies. Hosting request processing is separate from the browser-only demo data below.

What the demo saves

The demo starts with fictional travelers and prices. If you edit it, the guest name and email, traveler count, dates, preferences, itinerary and quotation entries are saved in your browser's localStorage under tourlivo-demo-v1. Demo code does not send those entries to Tourlivo, Vercel, Supabase, Claude or another API. Use fictional information, especially on a shared device.

Saved entries can remain after you close the page. Use Reset demo to replace your entries with the fictional sample, or clear this site's storage in your browser settings to remove the saved entry entirely. If storage is blocked, the demo continues in memory and changes may be lost when the page closes.

Copying and exporting a proposal

After local review, you can copy proposal text to your clipboard, download a text draft, or open the browser's print dialog to print or save PDF. The demo does not create an online share link or send a message. Copies, downloads and printed files are under your control; resetting the demo does not delete them. Your clipboard, device or cloud-sync settings may keep their own copies.

Contacting us by email

The contact and Become a Pilot Partner links open your email application. Clicking a link does not automatically send an email. If you choose to send a message, your email provider and the receiving mailbox process your address, message and any attachments. The Tourlivo team uses information you choose to send to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible pilot. Do not send traveler records, passport details, payment information or other sensitive data in an initial enquiry.

Contacting us on WhatsApp

WhatsApp contact links open a chat with +84394135194 in a separate WhatsApp page or app. The website does not embed a WhatsApp widget, connect to a messaging API, transfer your saved demo entries or automatically send a message. Opening the link sends a request to WhatsApp's service, which may process network and device information.

If you send a message, the Tourlivo recipient can receive your phone number, the profile information you make available, message content and attachments. The team uses the conversation to answer your enquiry or discuss a pilot. WhatsApp handles its service data under its own privacy policy; processing or device backups may occur outside your country. Do not include real traveler or sensitive information in an initial chat.

Storage and retention

• Demo entries: remain in your browser until overwritten, reset or removed through browser site-storage settings. There is no automatic expiry timer.
• Exports: remain wherever you copy, download, print or sync them until you remove those copies.
• Email and WhatsApp conversations: retention depends on whether an enquiry or pilot discussion is still ongoing, any later agreement or applicable record-keeping requirement, and the email/chat provider's storage or backup practices. This website does not automatically delete mailbox or chat records. Ask the team about a particular conversation or request deletion.
• Hosting request records: retention is controlled by the hosting provider and the applicable service settings, rather than the local demo's reset button.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse without contacting us, use email instead of WhatsApp, reset or clear your local demo data, and delete exported files you no longer need. For information sent directly to the team, you can request access, correction or deletion, or object to further contact, using founder@tourlivoapp.com or the WhatsApp number above. Identify the conversation and request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. The team may need to verify a request and explain any applicable limits, including provider backups. Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you; you may also contact the relevant data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the public website starts using forms, analytics, hosted accounts, live AI or other data processing. A separate pilot that uses actual agency or traveler information needs its own agreed data handling before that information is collected.
